Return & Exchange Policy

At Greek and Grace, we pour love into every collection we curate. We want you to be obsessed with your new gear! But we know that sometimes a fit isn't quite right, or a color isn't what you expected.

If you need to make a return, we are here to help make it right.

Our Promise: The 30-Day Window

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

  • 0–14 Days: We process your return immediately.

  • 15–30 Days: We still accept your return, but we ask for a little extra grace (3–5 business days) to process it once received.

How to Return

To make things easy, we offer two simple options:

Option 1: Store Credit (Best Value)

  • Return Shipping: FREE (We pay for the label!)

  • Refund Type: You receive a Greek and Grace E-Gift Card for the full value of your item(s).

  • Why choose this? It's the fastest way to swap for a different size or grab that other item you’ve been eyeing without losing money on shipping.

Option 2: Refund to Original Payment

  • Return Shipping: A flat fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your total refund to cover the shipping label.

  • Refund Type: Funds are sent back to your credit card or PayPal account.

  • Timing: Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post the funds to your account after we receive your return.

Eligibility Checklist

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in "Boutique Condition":

  1. Unworn & Unwashed: No signs of wear, sweat, or laundry detergent smells.

  2. Tags Attached: Original manufacturer tags must still be on the garment.

  3. Stain-Free: Please be careful of makeup, deodorant, and self-tanner when trying on items.

    • Note: If an item is returned with makeup stains, pet hair, or odors, we reserve the right to deny the return or charge a 20% cleaning/restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned:

  • Bodysuits, Swimwear, and Lingerie

  • Jewelry (Earrings, Necklaces)

  • Hair Accessories

  • Gift Cards

  • Items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale"

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Did we mess up? We are so sorry! If you received a damaged item or the incorrect size, please email us at [Insert Support Email] within 3 days of delivery.

  • Please include a photo of the defect.

  • We will send you a replacement immediately or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

  1. Visit our Return Portal [Link to your portal or Contact Page].

  2. Enter your Order Number and Email Address.

  3. Select the items you want to return.

  4. Choose Store Credit (Free Shipping) or Refund ($8.00 Fee).
