Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Greek and Grace, we work with a curated network of boutique manufacturers to bring you the best styles at the best prices.

Before your order leaves the warehouse, we need a little time to prepare it with love.

Standard Processing: Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and handed to the carrier.
Note: Processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods like Sorority Recruitment or Holidays.

Once your order has been processed, here is when you can expect it to arrive:

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. We do our best to get your gear to you as fast as possible!

Because we source our unique items from different boutique warehouses, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Do not panic if you receive a package with only part of your order! The rest is on its way.
You will receive a separate tracking number for each package.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number(s).

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update after you receive the email.

Greek and Grace is not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are missing.

We recommend shipping your order to a secure location (like a work address) if you are worried about porch theft.
If your package is lost in transit (never marked delivered), please email us and we will assist you in filing a claim.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to bring Greek and Grace to sisters worldwide soon!
